How to know the cooling fans grade?

1.When we choose the fans ,not base on the speed, when the cooling efficiency are same, we choose the one with higher air flow and higher Static pressure. 

2.when the air flow reach the cooling demand,we choose the fans with lower speed, Cause lower speed,longer life span. 

3.The material of the frame and flabellum ,we choose the PBT not PC. PBT is out of shape at temperature 230 degrees centigrade.PC is out of shape at 120 degrees centigrade. 

4.The bearing type:we choose ball bearing. Ball bearing is a rolling friction from metal beads scroll , the contact area is small, the friction coefficient is small; but sleeve bearing is sliding friction ,contact surface is big ,after long-term use, the oil would evaporate, bearing wear and tear, friction coefficient is big, noise level is higher,and life shorter. 

5.the wire and the connector. diferent type wire and connector have diferent quality. 

6.PCB : the IC quality ,or IC with RD/FG/PWM signal or not. 

7.Other special sepecifications.As:fire-proof material, RD signal (Stall warning), FG signal(Detect fan speed value), warter proof and so on.
